Payments - All Payments
must be made payable to scrapbookstreet.com.au. No goods will be dispatched until payment
has been received.
Returns policy - If you
are unsatisfied with an item, it may be returned to scrapbookstreet.com.au 57

an item is received in an undamaged and unused condition. Please contact us with
any issues prior to return.
The delivery fee will not be refunded in any circumstance.
Delivery Times - We will
attempt to dispatch the order within 3 working days if all ordered items are in
stock. While we attempt to maintain reasonable stock levels, it is not always
possible to have stock on hand. If an item is not in stock we may hold the
order back if the item is expected into stock in the next few days. If the
item is not expected into stock in the near future the order will be shipped
without the item.
Order Cancellations - If an order is cancelled
within 24 hours of being placed there will be no cancellation fee. If an
order is cancelled more that 24 hours after being placed there will be a
cancellation charge to cover packing unpacking expenses. The cancellation
charge is 15% of the total order value.
Scrapbook Street Forum
- The use of the Forum is free of charge.
- No advertising or promotion of Scrapbook Street competitors on the Forum
will be permitted. Any messages found promoting or advertising
competitor sites will be deleted.
- Scrapbook Street may reproduce any comments, entire messages or parts of
messages and images posted on the Forum. When reproductions are made the
original author will be noted alongside the reproductions. In no
circumstances will Scrapbook Street be liable for any Licensing or Royalty
fees when making reproductions of messages posted on the Forum.
- Scrapbook Street reserves the right to edit or remove any messages that
are deemed by Scrapbook Street to be offensive.
- If a user is found to be consistently abusive the user will be banned from
the forum.
